I have spent much of my life curious about how people change, create, grow, and sometimes get in their own way.
These days, I am most interested in working with thoughtful, self-aware people who are ready for something to move—perhaps a pattern that no longer serves them, a creative project asking to be brought into the world, or a moment that calls for more time and space than an ordinary conversation allows.
There are a few ways we can work together.

ChangeWork is a focused, one-to-one session for a specific pattern, response, feeling, or internal state that you would like to experience differently.
Maybe you know exactly what you want to change. Maybe you simply notice that you keep responding in a way that no longer fits who you are.
Using NLP and other approaches gathered through many years of working with people, we’ll begin with what is happening now and work toward the change you want.
This is designed as a single session rather than the beginning of an ongoing coaching commitment.
ChangeWork Session: $250
ChangeWork is intended for generally well-functioning adults interested in personal growth and change. It is not psychotherapy or treatment for mental illness, addiction, or significant trauma.
Sometimes you know what you want to make—you just need the right person beside you while you make it.
Creative Project Coaching is for people beginning, developing, or finishing something meaningful: a book, a course, a body of work, a business idea, or a project that has been waiting for its time.
This is not a formula or a program. It is a working relationship.
Together, we might clarify what you’re actually creating, find the structure hidden inside a pile of ideas, work through the places where momentum disappears, challenge assumptions, make decisions, and keep bringing the project back into form.
I work with only a few Creative Project clients at a time, generally meeting twice a month for six months to a year.
If you have something you’re ready to begin, finish, or bring more fully into the world, send me a note and tell me a little about it. If it seems we might be a good fit, we’ll set up a complimentary discovery conversation.

Sometimes an hour isn’t what is needed.
A Personal Immersion is an opportunity to step out of ordinary life and spend a day at Still Mountain with time to think, talk, walk, create, explore, and work with whatever is asking for your attention.
These are highly individual days rather than a set program. What we do depends on the person, the question, and what emerges while we’re together.
Personal Immersions are offered on a limited basis, primarily to people I already know or have worked with.
