A 1:1 immersion retreat for the woman who has been holding it all — and is gently feeling the call to set it down for a while.
That subtle (or not so subtle) sense that your energy is running low. That the work you love is still meaningful — and yet something inside is asking for a pause. A redirect. A breath.
If you have sat in on countless webinars or attended conferences feeling like just another face in the audience, and longing to explore your own patterns and rhythms more deeply, or quietly asking "what about me?" then this may be what you need most. You don't need another webinar, another framework, or another push. You need space and time to pause and reset. The kind of space the land gives back to you when you finally stop and let it. This space is designed just for you.
Our center is nestled on 20 quiet acres in Northern Minnesota — a place where stillness is welcomed and the rhythm of the natural world invites you back to yourself.

Tucked into 20 wooded acres, our cozy straw bale lodge becomes your home for a deeply personal 1:1 immersion. No groups. No agenda you didn't co-create. Just full accommodations, nourishing food, and the spaciousness to remember who you are underneath all you do.
This is for healing professionals, coaches, and women business owners who give so much — and who deserve to receive in equal measure. A time just for you.
A deep connection with the land, with stillness, and with your own center.
Wander, sit, breathe. The land holds you while you remember how to be still. There will be time to walk, garden, or go to the lake.
A warm, cozy space with full accommodations — thoughtfully prepared for your comfort. Includes simple, healthy meals prepared together as part of our "pause" time.
A separate cottage for meditation, art, or writing — a sacred space to create and reflect. A time to refill your tank.
Spaced out within your retreat will be five sessions with Jamie to help you find new perspective, identify problem patterns and crystalize a sense of future paths. Time for integration and reflection between each session.
Each retreat is co-created with you, but the rhythm is gentle, unhurried, and deeply restorative.

Arrive, exhale, and let your nervous system soften. A welcome conversation , a first discovery session, a campfire, walk on the land, a quiet first evening.
Our fullest day together — intentional 1:1 sessions separated by time to integrate and rest. Open periods are your call: walking, resting, preparing a meal, sitting by a fire or writing in the cottage.
A morning of integration, a final session on orienting to what is next, and time to integrate all that you have seen.
Guests may add on an additional day if they need more personal time. No sessions on this day — simply space to rest, reflect, and be with the land at your own pace.
