Using a Thought Partner
AI conversation tools for clarity, reflection, and sense-making
What is a Thought Partner?

A Thought Partner is a customized AI guide designed to help you think more clearly about what you’re working with — not by giving advice, but by reflecting patterns, asking better questions, and helping you see what you might be missing.

The Thought Partners on this site are trained within specific frameworks and boundaries. They don’t pull from the entire internet or offer generic answers. Instead, they work inside a defined body of knowledge — primarily my own — shaped by how I work with perception, language, and change.

Think of them as a place to sort things out. People often use these tools to:

    • clarify a decision or goal
    • untangle a relationship dynamic
    • look at a recurring “stuck” pattern
    • analyze a complex project or situation
    • slow down reactive thinking and regain perspective
Sometimes it’s serious work. Sometimes it’s surprisingly fun. Often it’s both.

Simon Says

Simon Says is a guided thinking space built from my research, writing, and decades of work with Core Self, parts of self, constellation work, and developmental patterns. The focus here is noticing familiar ways of thinking and responding — and gently reorganizing them so you have more choice about how you move forward.

If you’ve worked with me before, the language and orientation will feel familiar. If not, it’s a good place to begin. Note: This AI Chatgpt will not save your conversation. Be sure to copy and paste it if you want to save it for later review.

Norman LP

Norman LP is a language-focused Thought Partner trained in NLP.  Great thinkers and teachers recognize that the complex ways we move through the world are coded in the everyday language that we use. We may not realize how a pattern has set in but our language will reveal that.

You can bring a few sentences about something you’re wrestling with, and Norman will reflect back patterns in your language — generalizations, assumptions, distortions, and places where meaning quietly shapes your choices. It’s a practical way to work with the thinking that creates experience. Note: This AI Chatgpt will not save your conversation. Be sure to copy and paste it if you want to save it for later review.

A few practical notes

These Thought Partners are currently free to use and available whenever you need them. They’re hosted within ChatGPT, so if you want to save a conversation, be sure to copy and paste it into your own document. You will not be able to return to that conversation.

I've also developed a third AI chat named StoryWeaver. She lives on the Journey's page but I'll drop a link here too. In this Chat you are prompted to build a story either based on a single intuitive feeling, a past story or a rememered story. StoryWeaver does not write the story for you but gives nudges along the way and feeds the story back to you as it builds.

A note on scope

These Thought Partners are designed for reflection, clarity, and developmental work only. They’re not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

If you’re dealing with significant distress or need immediate help, it’s important to seek support from a qualified professional or trusted resource.
